Throw a BBQ like no other by hiring your own spit on the Gold Coast!
Meats available include;
- Whole Lambs
- Whole Pigs
- Boneless Beef
- Boneless Lamb
- Boneless Pork
- Chicken (whole or souvlaki style)
The rotation enables the meat to cook evenly, no one side is allowed to overheat and you’ll end up with amazing, melt in your mouth meat.
The dimensions of the spit are:
1700mm wide x 1200mm high x 750mm depth. Please note that a ute or trailer will be needed to fit

Conditions of Hire
1. All equipment to be dropped in an accessible position when hire complete.
2. It is the customers responsibility to guard the equipment against loss or damage until it is collected by Gourmet Meats Gold Coast or returned by customer. All losses and damages must be paid for at rates charged by the owner
3. Hirer to grant access to Gourmet Meats Gold Coast to their equipment for repair or examination when called upon to do so or in case of client default, removal of hire goods.
4. All goods to be returned in a clean and dry condition or a cleaning cost will be charged. A Cleaning Fee of $70 will apply.
5. No warranty is given by the owner and the owner is not liable for any damage whatsoever in respect to the equipment.
6. Goods not to be shifted from the address hereon without consent from Gourmet Meats Gold Coast without written consent.
7. Gourmet Meats supply your meat and the equipment, we do not cater your event but can put you in touch with companies that can.
